Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item that is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. During busier periods, delivery times may increase slightly. Any delivery dates shown are estimated only. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@pcrestore.uk so that we can help.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to at info@pcrestore.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders canceled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. If your item is purchased in error or you changed your mind, please note that you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. We are unable to process a refund for an unwanted item beyond 14 days from delivery. All items purchased from PC Restore come complete with a 30 Days Warranty. If your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, PC Restore  will repair or replace your item accordingly. Alternatively, if you prefer you are entitled to a full refund upon the safe return and inspection of the item purchased. If your item develops a fault after 30 days from delivery you will be entitled to a repair or replacement only. This does not affect your statuary rights. Should you require a repair, replacement or refund, please contact us for your returns authorization code along with address details for return. Please ensure that your email to us contains your Name, Order No, Address & a brief description of fault. Failure to offer these details will lead to an Unauthorized Return request. please ensure all files you require to keep are backed upPC Restore will take no responsibility for file loss/corruption.  ***Please note*** All items must be returned via courier. It is recommended that a “signed for” service is used for peace of mind. We do not accept any responsibility for Return costs and/or loss/damage in transit. Any items being returned back to you will be done so free of charge via Recorded delivery. What the warranty does not cover. The warranty does not cover accidental damage such as liquid spillage and cracked LCD Screen. It also does not cover software problems such as viruses/malware, or file corruption/loss. In most cases, your Battery is guaranteed to last for a minimum of 30 minutes (please see item listing). Batteries will be replaced if they do not meet those criteria if reported within 7 days of delivery. Battery faults reported after 7 days from delivery will not be covered by your warranty as these items are classed as consumable and deteriorate over time depending on use.
